We're happy to answer questions or help you with returns, but please read the following before submitting this form:
- We do not cut custom glass lenses in quantities less than 100 pieces. If it's not in the application chart or listed in the options, it's considered custom and you'll need to commit to purchasing at least 100 of them. If there's adequate interest in bringing on a new "stock" size, please feel free to let me know and we can evaluate demand.
- We're honestly really bad at returning emails. If you've asked a question that's been addressed in #1 (above), it's likely we won't respond at all. If we don't respond for other inquiries, don't be sad or get upset with us - just send another note and remind us. We'll eventually get back to you. This is not a full time gig for us, so please understand if we don't get back to you right away.
