Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of an taxes. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service by e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
Returns Policy
Our goal is to make sure you're happy with our products, plain and simple. If an item arrives damaged, if you crack a lens trying to install it, you ordered the wrong size by accident, or if you simply just don't like what you ordered - Contact Us and we'll do whatever we can to make sure things are made right.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours of being placed.
Delays beyond 72 hours are possible if the item(s) ordered requires fabrication. Any significant delays are communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
Great care is taken to ensure your order arrives safe and completely intact. We package our products in a manner that has proven VERY successful since 2002. It is EXTREMELY rare for any item we ship to arrive damaged. There are, however, occasions outside of our control where packages get lost or damaged in transit. If your order fails to arrive or is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and come up with the appropriate solution.

- USPS Priority Mail w/Tracking - $8.50
International Shipping Addresses
As of 2/15/20, we have discontinued International Shipping. The USPS has continued to raise International rates to levels that are now unsustainable for the types of products we sell. Simply put, we refuse to charge someone $17 to ship a $3 product.
If you would like something shipped to an International address, we suggest you work with a forwarding service. If, however, you absolutely need something shipped Internationally and are willing to accept all risk, contact us and let's talk.
